There are different ways to raise money with our fundraising program. We have a seperate website for the fundraising so your purchasing members will only know of our fundraising website at www.800scents.com.
The easiest and most simple way to raise money for your group or organization is to have them purchase directly from a web order page that we specially make up just for your fundraiser. We do not charge you any fees to do this, and we will customize the page with what you would like it to say.

Your members or congregation will initially be given an introduction flyer with an attached fragrance list that we will provide you a copy of. The flyer will instruct people to go to your specific web page to place their orders. What is so great about this, is they can tell everyone they know to visit the order page, rather than having to fill out a paper order form. Relatives that live in other states can order from the web page for the fundraiser. You can instruct your members to print copies of their orders and hand it in to you when the fundraiser ends. Those are for your records. You have a choice to have us send all the bottles to you, and you can hand them out to the people that purchased, or we can charge them shipping cost on the website, and ship the orders directly to them without your group or organization having to be involved. If you do choose to have us send you all the orders for you to distribute, we will make it easier for you by seperating each person's order in a seperate package. It is up to you.
The best part is there is no cost to your group or organization. You can set the price to anything over $4.50. We suggest a selling price of $8.00 to $10.00 per 1/3 oz. roll-on. We will take only $4.50 for every bottle that is sold and we will send your group or organization the remaining funds.
Our oils are of superior quality. We will guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. All of our oils are highly concentrated and are excellent comparisons to the fragrances they represent. Your members will be amazed at the fact that they can wear their favorite fragrance for a fraction of the price. A 1/3 oz. bottle of our oil, will last longer than a large 4 oz. bottle of the authentic designer brand. Only a drop of oil applied directly to the skin, will last all day long on most people because there is no alcohol content to cause the fragrance to evaporate.
You can also do fundraising with us the old-fashioned way with packages that we will send you that include the 3-page carbonless paper order forms that are needed. If you want us to send you the packages, we do have to charge a small fee for them to cover our cost in materials and labor in putting them together. The packages will be generic so you can get your money back for the ones that you do not use. You can also have the option to print up your own packages and order forms. At no charge, we will be happy to send you few copies of our package and order forms so that you can make your own copies to give out to your members. We are very flexible and easy to do business with.
